He isn't double named...it's just his current name and his real name. I think he is the main character of the main characters Kiki 

:bulletblue: some details about Akira:
He is the younger brother of Anakin, and was kidnapped as a child by Kubota Zabuza *member of the Black Army*
His real name is Shinzu Hattori, but Kubota deleted his memory and named him Akira Zabuza. So that's the name thing.
Akira manages to escape of Kubota's violence. He was brought to the temple by Wataru, a gurad of the village Hibaya. There he grows up together with Nedo. Of course they become friends...
Akira has the ability to fight with ice-beams. Another important detail - the boy is sharing his body with another soul -
